What is Club Connect?
Club Connect is your club’s online wholesale one- stop shop for drinks and bar snacks. Order online, we offer free delivery straight to your club when it suits you, and you earn credit on every case through our Partnership Fund. T&Cs apply.
Why did Asahi create Club Connect?
Asahi Beverages created Club Connect to support grassroots sport and reduce administration for volunteer-run clubs. Many clubs don’t have beverage sponsorships or regular contact with a sales reps, Club Connect closes that gap.
Is Club Connect website open to anyone?
No. Club Connect is an exclusive wholesale platform designed strictly for Australian community sporting clubs. Registration takes less than 3 minutes. You will need your club’s Australian Business Number (ABN) and a Liquor Licence Number if you intend to purchase alcohol.
Am I locked into a contract with Club Connect ?
No. There are no contracts, no sign-up fees, no minimum spend requirements, and no exclusivity clauses. You are completely free to order when and how you want
My club is sponsored by a pub or wholesaler, can I still use Club Connect?
We recommend continuing that relationship, If things change, we’re here when you need us.
What are the benefits of joining Club Connect?
Beyond free delivery, credit back on every purchase and a wide range of products from sports drinks, soft drinks, waters, beers, RTDs, spirits to bar snacks and fundraising merchandise. Members also get exclusive access to limited-time promotions, and early access trials of new Asahi products. Ensure you opt-in to marketing communications during sign-up to receive these offers.
How do I sign up for Club Connect?
Signing up takes about 3 minutes. You’ll need your ABN, and if you plan to order alcohol your liquor licence that’s all. Once you submit your details, we’ll verify your account (usually within one business day) and send you your login.
How do I signin?
Use the email and password you receive once your account is verified. If you cannot recall your password, click forgot password link and a new one will be with you in a minute. Still having trouble? Get in touch:

How long does verification take?
Usually one business day. If you don’t see an email by then check your junk folder or get in touch!
Why do I need verification?
To confirm your club details, ABN, liquor licence (for alcohol orders), and delivery address, this ensures compliance with legal requirements.
What is a liquor licence and where do I find it?
A liquor licence is government approval to sell or serve alcohol on your premises. You can find your licence displayed at your club's bar or look it up via your specific state’s online liquor licence register. If your club does not hold a liquor licence, you can still register to buy our full range of soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, water, bar snacks, and merchandise.
What is an ABN and where do I find it?
An ABN is your Australian Business Number. You can look it up at abr.business.gov.au.
What is the Partnership Fund?
The Partnership Fund rewards your club every time you order drinks or snacks through Club Connect. You earn credit that you can use on your next order or save for a big event. T&Cs apply.
How do we earn credit?
Credit is added automatically based on what you order, currently the credit value is:
- $4 credit per case of alcoholic drinks
- $2 credit per case of non-alcoholic drinks
- $1 credit per case of chips
There’s no limit to how much credit your club can accumulate. You earn credit with every case you order. Keep an eye out for our promotions to boost your Partnership Fund even further.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden freight fees or delivery surcharges.
When do Club Connect deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. You can select your preferred delivery window at checkout:
- Weekdays: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm, 4pm–7pm
- Saturday: 10am–1pm, 1pm–4pm
What is the order cutoff time for delivery?
The cutoff is 1pm, two business days prior to your chosen delivery date. For example, to secure a Thursday delivery, your order must be placed before 1pm on Tuesday. You can schedule orders up to two weeks in advance.
Do I need to be at the club?
Yes. An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the venue to accept and sign for the delivery
Where does Club Connect deliver?
We currently deliver to locations within a 150km radius of the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth CBDs. We’ll expand as we grow.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Our freight partner sends real-time tracking links and SMS/email updates to the contact details listed on your delivery profile.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order volume. You can order as little as one case or stock up for an entire season.
How do we pay for orders?
Accepted credit card only, and once you build it up, you can use your credit.
What can I order?
Packaged drinks and snacks from brands you know and love - VB, Great Northern, Carlton Dry, Vodka Cruiser, Hard Rated, Schweppes, Pepsi, Gatorade, and Smith’s chips. Plus a whole lot more.
We also have fantastic merchandise from these brands and money can’t buy fundraising items from our sports team partners.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes, soft drinks, sports drinks, and water.
Can I order kegs?
No, packaged only. If you need kegs, email us and we’ll connect you with an Asahi sales rep.
